Something big starts with you. Let’s go WARRIORS.

There will be a JV game on 9/24 (Thursday) away vs Southern Lehigh at 5:00 PM. I am sorry for the late notice – I missed it since we had already played them.

Details: Bus currently scheduled to leave at 3:00 PM – I am going to try to get it backed up to 3:30 PM.

We will wear whites. This is a JV only game.

Athletics BUS will take you at 2:30 PM to intermediate school from high school. 2:45-4:15 PM.

We have some extra umbrellas left over from an apparel and gear order. If you are interested they are 30 dollars. Please reach out to me if you are interested and I can give you Mrs. Taube’s contact information – alternatively you can buy them from her at any of our games! It will rain on us so be prepared! They look nice!

To improve the quality and culture on the bench I have written a set of guidelines and posted them to our classroom. The guidelines are a reflection of what is universally considered proper behavior on the bench (players being positive, not leaving without permission, being attentive to the game, etc). Make sure you have read these prior to tomorrow.

I am excited to see the team grow (in every way) over the next few weeks. We have a stable full of quality guys I am looking forward to seeing on the field. Change can be a fresh rain on some dry land.

We created a million chances yesterday (more in the first than the second) and overall – outside of some moments – frankly played well. That said, we need to work to get better in every way and that is where the fun is. A mountain already climbed loses some of its appeal.

Next up is Lehighton Monday

Varsity at field by 3:00 PM. JV at field by 4:45 PM. Blue and Gold. Line-up to be posted in classroom.

Nice win today. Recover to finish the week strong tomorrow against Salisbury. It will NOT be an easy game so prepare yourselves for that. If you play like you did today – you will win. We need everyone – eyes up, team first, warrior strong.

The black jerseys are to be worn to school but we will wear blue and gold in the game. Make sure everyone has their blue and gold! AND EVERYONE WEAR THE BLACK to SCHOOL.
