Bus for JV game now departs at 3:30 PM from high school. Be there by 3:20 PM
Mandatory Varsity Practice will end at 3:25 PM today at WAIS. I will then leave to grab bus for JV game.
Varsity Captains will run a voluntary but recommended practice from 3:30 -4:15 working on:
- Finishing from top of 18
- Defending set pieces
- Good cool down and stretch
