Varsity found ourselves in a toe to toe smackdown and pulled out the win 3-2 with half the team getting a yellow card – mercy even my blessed mother would have been given a yellow card in this game. In any case, Braden is my man of the match for not only battling relentlessly and constantly in the midfield – he congratulated the other team in addition to scoring a goal and offering sage advice. Warriors – we have (as do all teams) a LOT to work on always – welcome to life. Tomorrow we look to sharpen our blades and have a nice practice!
