I went up to the field to run some shuttles (down to 48.5 seconds boys) and some half-field sprints (7.9 seconds avg. – not my best day) but so good to get the legs working. High school guys from my local school were out training. Did you train today? I have heard some guys training at home yesterday or with other clubs – if not – just get out and push yourself. Eat right, get some sleep, we are going to need the best version of you in August so be your best everyday! Best son, best friend, best worker, best trainer – what else could we ask of you!
