This weeks training schedule (June 18-22)

Monday – 8:00 AM  (high school track, run, burpees, planks, push-ups)

Thursday – 6:00 PM (Train/Pickup) at Intermediate School

Make sure on each day you are training with 1 or 2 rest days per week. Run at the beach, do push-ups in the mountains. Wherever you are, you can train.
